STRIVE is a program for seniors who face academic challenges and desire a relationship with an adult mentor from Rochester Rotary. Mentors offer students support, encouragement and assistance at one-on-one meetings during the school day. Discussions generally involve how school is going, college plans and other topics relevant to careers, finances, family. The student's goals are to improve grades and better prepare for life after high school.

RPSF funds four $500 college scholarships per year.  Awards presented by Rochester Rotaries to a student from the John Marshall, Century, Mayo High Schools and the Rochester Alternative Learning Center that complete Rotary's STRIVE program and show a large improvement in their GPA.
